The phrase «keep watch against anti-Semitism» , independently from the purpose for which Benedict XVI said it, is an ideological malignant block. This public invitation to vigilance has been always used by totalitarian regimes: it equals to the order to do informing and denunciations. The final purpose of the «vigilance» is the repression and final «purge» of «deviationists», dissidents, «unmasking» of «enemies hidden between us». All the more if the object of this vigilance is voluntarily left undefined, and legally and rationally indefinable. «Anti-Semitism» is exactly a word of this genre.
This word isn’t able to be used to define, but can be used to demonize and discredit, because anyone labeled as «anti-Semite» is automatically associated to «Nazi» and to «racist», in a big scale amalgam adopted by conformity and by medias, guardians of the limits of the politically correct. More, we assist every day to the evident effort to catalogue as «anti-Semite» every criticism about Israel, the most justified too.
The shoot of the word «anti-Semitism», a taboo word, aims to intimidate and impose silence. A motivated bravery is required to challenge this taboo and to claim the right of criticism. A bravery of which no one is thankful to us, seeing that also some readers (surrendering to environmental conformity) find some anti-Semitism in our sometimes vehement criticisms about Israel and its American Neo-Con allies.
I would suggest to not use, with this irresponsible frivolity a word that is so full of consequences and so demonizing. On my side, I would try to explain my position to good faith readers defining, in the same time, the proper borders in which this word stays.
The undersigned isn’t anti-Semite. He refuses this definition to be applied on him, as he refuses its equivalent, «racist», or «Nazi», that is similar. A, dear me, long experience of life and different people and cultures taught to who is writing that «racial» characteristics, supposing that exist, are secondary and unimportant. In any case, they are never critical.
What is really critical to unite and divide men, nations and collectivities, isn’t the (presumed) race, but rather the culture.
Culture meant in its more vast and basic sense: the whole of beliefs, convictions, attitude towards the world and other men that parents teach to their children, or that entire communities teach to their members. In social or political life, no one has got to do with «races», but with «mentalities» and different point of view about the world: and clashes and meetings happen here, at CULTURAL level. Usually happens that mentalities and cultures are irreconcilable with their counterparts in other groups; sometimes happens that such mentalities and cultures are extremely dangerous, and even intolerable and potentially lethal for civilization and human kind, and because of this there’s the absolute duty to fight them.
Let’s analyze the case of a community that impresses in its members’ mind the idea to be «over» the entire human family; and that has done this for millenniums and continues today, basing its superiority on a sacred book, to such an extent their theologian and ministers calls other men as «speaking animals», and elaborating an apocalyptic doctrine in which all people that aren’t part of the community will be reduced to slaves of the chosen people, or their work of pack animals. In this community, parents will teach their sons to despise other human beings, because not belonging to their chosen and privileged (ethnic ) group.
Inside this community, the most strict endogamy will be practiced, on a racial basis. Inside it, self-segregation of «pure» from other «impure» humans will be preached: and such a segregation will be effectively made, whenever power is available, with any means, also building a giant wall around its state. Anywhere this community is dominant, it will try to build an apartheid system, oppressing the overturned people.
Such a community, at the end, will cultivate a radical hostility towards people in which lives or over which dominates, will not feel responsible with other people about the common destine, to reject every judgment from «under-level» people and from «impure people». Such a community will refuse to obey to a universal legal system, will not accept a «common law» for all peoples, and will not accept equal dignity for every human being. A kind of tremendously gigantic «ethnic» selfishness and narcissism, of self-adoration, will be the psychic bubble in which this «chosen» community will live.
Secessionism, particularism, oppression (and maybe extermination of the «others») will be the dominant distinguishing mark of such a community. Their God will be a national god, exclusive god, separatist god, a god that promises salvation and completeness only to the «chosen people», excluding all others. If such a community exists, it’s imperative to fight it. Not to exterminate it, but to fight its mentality, forcing it to rectify its beliefs system, criticizing its modus operandi, with the hope that it will come back to the human family.
Why to fight it? Because this community, if is or will become powerful, is extremely dangerous for the civilization as we know it and as we want it. It’s necessary to repeat (because of the fact that the definition of civilization is becoming really confused) what is civilization for us? Civilization is based on a political «culture» that is the exact opposite of the mental secessionism, of the racial particularism of that «chosen» community: the generous strength of Rome, enlighten and brought to completeness by the light of Jesus, the Messiah.
It’s necessary to remember what instrument was, for Rome, the war: never (except for very rare and fierce exception) the extermination of indomitable enemies, instead the contrary, the prelude to get the defeated people to use the power and to have responsibilities of Rome. Today’s enemy was who would have been a friend tomorrow; and NOT in Apartheid. Then, every beaten people was decorated by Rome with a precise juridical status – and this precision also had the purpose to explain the limits wherein a person was able to exert freedom safely –and there was possibility to improve it. Defeated enemy, initially taxpayer, was raised up to “socius” level (“socius” stays for “ally”) with various justifications and with some limits (judicially defined), and had the possibility to reach the higher and highest level: «cives romanus» (Citizen of Rome).
Contrarily to what current conformity believes, Rome reigned with peace and less with weapons’ force. Rome had few enemies, because every Rome’s enemy knew that Rome would call him, sooner or later, to participate to Roman power: without «racial» distinction (which Rome always ignored), but on condition that – with his own particular and ethnical culture – the defeated has accepted Rome’s culture. That was, precisely, its universality. Rome called «different people to something big, TOGETHER»; repressed with force people who refused this call, but opened generously every door to anyone who, understanding its true exceptional civil greatness, accepted it. No race was excluded by participation to Roman power. In 200 A.D., Rome extended citizenship to every inhabitant of the Empire; opening to everybody and to each one all offices, central and local, military and civilian, without any discrimination.
So, can be understood why the Christianity had ease to be happily grafted in that old trunk called Rome. Jesus, the Jew, opposed and split the Jewish particularism, declaring universal salvation for all men. He ensured that the Father [T’s N: God, obviously. . . ] wanted that «no sinner must perish, but must convert himself and live»: a sentence perfectly identifiable in Roman politics, which purpose wasn’t to exterminate enemies, but to «call» them in Romanity, to be Roman. Paul - Jewish - said that, after Christ, «there are no more Jewish or Greek».
The thought to add «no Roman» never crossed his mind. Because «Jews» and «Greeks» were ethnic groups, while instead «Roman» was a Juridical status that didn’t consider any race or particularism; becoming Christian, a person didn’t cease to be «Roman», meaning citizen and co-responsible for keeping alive civilization, law and rights, the universal culture. And responsible to military defense of Rome.
Still today, this (T’s N: the Romanity) is the Civilization: the thing which us must aspire to reach and get better on a global scale, even if it has been built imperfect, and today is victim of a fatal darkening. It’s a part of the civilization («Roman», and still ours today) the fact that the use of the power must be open and loyal, that is legitimate, and not behind the scenes and hidden: because this second type of use isn’t responsible. Who commands not openly, but in the darkness with plots, doesn’t take the responsibility of his own actions, avoiding the judgement of the rest of other men. This hidden government system can only be the consequence, and provoke in the same time, of an idea of «chosen» and separated beings that manipulate and make use of others, contempt as «speaking animals».
Did I speak about Jews? I talked about the Judaism as «culture», today particularly powerful and dangerous. I know that exist Jews opposing this hegemonic «Judaism» and I admire them: beyond their bravery challenging their authorities, they have the courage to challenge inside themselves the mentality and their ethnic «culture», and I know how much this effort costs to them, till heroism. But the fact that they are the ones deprived of the right to speak, in the Israel of today, says us that they are a minority.
We should help them to talk and to denounce the Talmudic Judaism, because of its spiritual secessionism, of its contempt of the others (and to what this contempt brings, is well known by oppressed and humiliated Palestinians), of its gigantic racism. In the meantime this help is given, in a small way and facing personally risks and dangers of this attempt, by the undersigned. That’s why I’m not, and I don’t want to be called, «Anti-Semite».
Io voglio che tutti gli ebrei vivano. Voglio poterli non riconoscere più come ebrei (perché la razza è insignificante), ma come cittadini della comunità umana, responsabili, aperti, leali cittadini e anche governanti del potere mondiale. Più a fondo, voglio la loro liberazione dalla catena talmudica, che li fa segregati e segreganti, che li obbliga a vivere nella paura.
I want all Jews to live. I want to not recognize them as Jews anymore (because the race is insignificant), but as citizens of the human community, responsible, open, loyal citizen and also rulers of the world power. More deeper, I want their liberation from the Talmudic chain, that makes them segregated and in the same time jailers of those who aren’t like them, a chain that compels them to live in the fear.
To understand what this liberation consists of, you must know that somebody else said it absolutely better than me, and he is Israel Shamir, a great and brave man that was born «Jew», and became an Orthodox Christian: he declares himself as a man that has come out by «paranoia of hating and being hated» and that has gone to the joy of «loving and being loved».
Rome and Christ: who adopts them mustn’t renounce to his ethnic identity, looses nothing, and earns everything.
