Snow comes down on the Las Vegas Strip as seen from the roof of the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 17, 2008. A rare snowstorm blanketed the Las Vegas Valley today, delaying flights, causing widespread fender-benders and leading to the cancellation of several events.
